Please remove all accessories from the phone, e.g. cases, pop sockets, magnetic plates etc. We will have to dispose of any accessories and won’t be able to return them to you. If pop sockets or magnetic case are attached to the housing itself, our final quote will reflect the cost of a housing replacement.
Please note that some ipads will be personalised with e.g. a name engraved on the device. We happily accept them. However, we want to make you aware that the price we can offer will be lowered as we will have to remove the original housing and we will take those costs into consideration for the final quote.

If you send your device using our free shipping service by Royal Mail (Tracked 48), this shipping service only includes a maximum compensation of £100.00 GBP for damage, or loss, subject to Royal Mail accepting, and granting the claim.
