- Make sure your AirPods Max are charged.
A low battery can interfere with reset success.- Locate the Digital Crown + Noise Control button.
Both are on the same side of the headphones.- Hold both buttons down together for about 15 seconds.
Keep holding until the LED light near the charging port flashes amber, then white.- Release the buttons.
